About Aviation English Trainer

Aviation English Trainer is an independent training app built in Ireland to help pilots, air traffic controllers, drone operators and aviation students practise the radio English they actually use: ICAO phraseology, readbacks, emergency calls and exam knowledge.

Radio communication is a speaking skill, so as well as quizzes the app includes a Voice Radio Trainer. You hear a real-sounding ATC call, key the mic, read it back out loud and get item-by-item feedback on what you missed.

What you can practise

Hundreds of phraseology and aviation English questions across 12 topics, spoken readback drills including Mayday and Pan-Pan calls, and FAA Part 107 drone exam preparation with a timed practice exam.
